Soaps 4Ever came about when I was trying to think of a way to celebrate the American Soaps Days Of Our Lives and General Hospital along with  the UK Soaps  Coronation Street, EastEnders and Emmerdale and HeartBeat.

The thing that makes these particular shows so special especially to me is the fact that I grew up watching three of the five listed.

I spent my  childhood watching Coronation Street with my family and with GH and Days I started watching them when I was 10 and fourteen respectfully. GH and Days had that air of mystery and drama, that I had not seen on Corrie and it endeared me to those shows even more.

They were the shows that kept me hooked from the moment I saw them ... Enmmerdale and EastEnders came into my radar in 2000 and 2005. Like Corrie  Days and Gh they immediately caught my attention with their colourful characters, scenary and humour that makes me tune in every week.
