Robin Scorpio Drake was the beautiful and smart daughter of super spies Anna Devane and  Robert Scorpio and she has been played by Kimberly Mccullough since  1985.

 

Robin has gone down in history as the only child on a soap that was never speed aged progressed and also has become the little sister and family to those of us fans who watched her grow up on screen, this is why when she decided to leave the show and  Robin was killed off that the fans were upset and felt like they had their hearts yanked out and stomped all over.

 

In the past twenty years Kimberly has brought her A game onto the screen, she dazzeled us with her gorgeous smile , made us giggle at the things she as Robin got up to as a child and not only that made us cry our eyes out with her  when Anna and Robert were presumed dead and then when she diascovered she like Stone, her first love contracted the HiV virus . When  Stone died of Aids our hearts broke for her, and for her family. She thought she would never find love again until she met Jason Morgan

 

Her sweet romance with Jason Morgan made us swoon , but when Robin told AJ that  he was Michael's father it angered both Jason and Carly.Thus began an life long feud between my two favourite women on the show.

 

 Not long after Robin left for Paris and we didn't see her again until she returned for Lila Quartermaine's  funeral.

 

In 2005 Sam Morgan contacted Robin to come back to Port Charles to help Jason Morgan after it was found that he had to have brain surgery done. During the journey back to Port Charles  there was a train crash that injured Robin, and she had to operate on Alexis Davis doing a caesarian section when she was having her daughter Molly. Also in 2005 Robin Brought Dr Noah Drake and his son Patrick to Port Charles to operate on Jason. But when Robin came face to face with Carly  all hell broke loose and if truth be told Robin slapped the smug ignorant smirk off her face .

 Since 2005 we have seen Robin,  come face to face with her daddy  after he was presumed dead, become ill during the virus that swept through Port Charles,et shot during the metrocourt hostage crisis, fall in love, have a baby and get married, we also saw her go through post partum depression, fight with Lisa Niles, and most recently develop a protocol to help save jason Morgan`s life.

 

It was in February 2012 when we fans felt the loss and the pain along with Patrick when he watched helplesly as Robin burned to death after going back in the lab to retrieve Jason`s medicine to help him get well again.  This was truly a sad event for all GH fans and it was tough watching  the reactions of  Robert and Anna who lost their only child. Our hearts also broke for little Emma who lost the only mother she ever knew.

 

Robin was born and angel and she died an angel in my eyes, Florence Nightingale had nothing on her, Robin was gentle, and kind and often judgmental about other people but she had a good heart and that`s why she is so precious to the fans.
